Se pueden deducir los impuestos pagados en otro pa\u00eds, seg\u00fan el Tratado de doble imposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro del IRPF, Modelo 100, debes informar de los <span style=\"font-family: ABeeZee; font-weight: normal;\">i<\/span>ngresos mundiales. No es obligatorio presentar la declaraci\u00f3n de la renta si tus ingresos totales son inferiores a ocho mil euros (8.000\u20ac) y tienes menos de mil seiscientos euros (1.600\u20ac) en intereses financieros. Lo mismo sucede si tus ingresos por alquileres son inferiores a mil euros (1.000\u20ac) o si ganas menos de vientid\u00f3s mil euros (22.000\u20ac) como empleado a terceros o, por \u00faltimo, si tienes m\u00e1s de un empleador, durante el mismo a\u00f1o, y el \u00faltimo empleador te paga menos de mil quinientos euros (1.500\u20ac).<\/p>\n<p>Si eres Aut\u00f3nomo, los ingresos imponibles se determinan como la diferencia entre el ingreso y los gastos; tambi\u00e9n tienes que informar de las pensiones y pensiones extranjeras, rentas vitalicias, rentas, intereses, dividendos y cualquier ganancia de capital que puedas tener en cualquier parte del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>La declaraci\u00f3n del impuesto sobre la renta en Espa\u00f1a se presenta desde la primera semana de abril hasta el 1 de julio.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo pueden presentarse las declaraciones de IRPF por internet. Desde hace algunos a\u00f1os, la AEAT (Autoridades Tributarias) preparan un borrador de la declaraci\u00f3n para que el contribuyente lo pueda descargar desde su sitio web; normalmente incluye todo lo que ha ganado en Espa\u00f1a y las retenciones correspondientes. Por lo general, est\u00e1 disponible durante la primera semana de abril. Simplemente tienes que aceptar, en l\u00ednea, tu borrador o modificar cualquier figura que considere incorrecta.<\/p>\n<p>Como en a\u00f1os anteriores, la AEAT exige validar al contribuyente con la fecha de expedici\u00f3n\/emisi\u00f3n o con el n\u00famero de soporte de la tarjeta de Identidad (DNI\/NIE) del titular. Por favor, recuerda enviarnos estos datos por escrito seg\u00fan esta <a href=\"https:\/\/ustaxconsultants.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Validation-100-2018-AEAT-v1.pdf\">ayuda<\/a>, porque en muchas ocasiones no se puede leer en las copias que recibimos.<\/p>\n<p>Los contribuyentes que tienen su residencia habitual en el territorio espa\u00f1ol se consideran residentes fiscales de Espa\u00f1a, a prop\u00f3sito de los impuestos, incluso si no han obtenido su permiso de residencia.<\/p>\n<p>Se entender\u00e1 que el contribuyente tiene su residencia habitual en territorio espa\u00f1ol cuando se produce alguna de las siguientes circunstancias:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Que permanecen m\u00e1s de 183 d\u00edas, durante el a\u00f1o calendario, en territorio espa\u00f1ol. Para determinar este per\u00edodo de estad\u00eda en territorio espa\u00f1ol, se computar\u00e1n las ausencias espor\u00e1dicas, a menos que el contribuyente demuestre su residencia fiscal en otro pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li>Que en Espa\u00f1a se encuentra el n\u00facleo principal o la base de sus actividades o intereses econ\u00f3micos, directa o indirectamente. Se presumir\u00e1, salvo prueba en contrario, que el contribuyente tiene su residencia habitual en territorio espa\u00f1ol cuando, de conformidad con los criterios anteriores, el c\u00f3nyuge no est\u00e1 legalmente separado legalmente y los hijos menores que dependen de \u00e9l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Impuestos espa\u00f1oles para no residentes &#8211; Modelo 210<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La Agencia Tributaria espa\u00f1ola (AEAT) establece que la condici\u00f3n de no-residente se puede acreditar mediante la aportaci\u00f3n de un certificado de residencia en otro Estado emitido por las autoridades fiscales de dicho Estado. El plazo de validez de dichos certificados se extende al a\u00f1o natural. Si no eres un residente no fiscal, solo tienes que pagar impuestos sobre tus ingresos de fuente espa\u00f1ola. La tasa impostiva a la renta para no-residentes es del 24%, y del 19% si eres ciudadano de la UE \/ EEE. Otros ingresos est\u00e1n sujetos a impuestos espa\u00f1oles no residentes de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las ganancias de capital resultantes de los activos transferidos se gravan a una tasa del 19%<\/li>\n<li>Los intereses de inversi\u00f3n y los dividendos tributan al 19%, aunque generalmente son m\u00e1s bajos a trav\u00e9s de acuerdos de doble imposici\u00f3n. El impuesto sobre los intereses est\u00e1 exento para los ciudadanos de la UE<\/li>\n<li>Las regal\u00edas se gravan al 24%<\/li>\n<li>Las pensiones se gravan a tasas progresivas, del 8% al 40%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si no es residente, debe hacer su declaraci\u00f3n de impuestos con el Modelo 210.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Impuesto especial espa\u00f1ol para extranjeros que trabajan en cesi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Existe un r\u00e9gimen fiscal especial para los extranjeros que vienen a trabajar en Espa\u00f1a en un contrato de trabajo con una empresa espa\u00f1ola. Esto se conoce a veces como la \u00abLey de Beckham\u00bb, ya que supuestamente se cre\u00f3 para que el futbolista David Beckham no tuviera que pagar impuestos sobre sus derechos de imagen en todo el mundo cuando lleg\u00f3 al Real Madrid en 2003.<\/p>\n<p>En virtud del r\u00e9gimen, solo est\u00e1s sujeto a pagar impuestos en Espa\u00f1a sobre la renta espa\u00f1ola a una tasa del 24% hasta seiscientos mil euros (\u20ac600,000) (a\u00f1os 2015 y 2016). Por m\u00e1s de \u20ac600,000, en 2016 la tasa de impuestos se redujo del 47% al 45%. No hay impuesto a las ganancias de capital a pagar sobre intereses fuera de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Si eres un residente fiscal espa\u00f1ol (pasaste m\u00e1s de 183 d\u00edas al a\u00f1o en Espa\u00f1a) y no has residido en Espa\u00f1a en los \u00faltimos diez (10) a\u00f1os, puedes solicitar que te sometan a este r\u00e9gimen dentro de los seis (6) meses posteriores a tu llegada a Espa\u00f1a. Puedes obtener impuestos reducidos hasta en los cinco a\u00f1os siguientes. Luego debes presentar el Modelo 150.
