Es obligatorio presentar este formulario todos los a\u00f1os antes del 31 de marzo.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>El formulario tiene tres bloques diferentes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1. La informaci\u00f3n de cada cuenta debe incluir su saldo al 31 de diciembre, el saldo medio del \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o y la fecha de apertura. Tambi\u00e9n si es el titular de la cuenta o autorizado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0A. Cuentas en instituciones financieras en el extranjero, lo que incluye cuentas corrientes, cuentas de ahorro, dep\u00f3sitos a plazo, cuentas de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0B. Los titulares y los titulares autorizados que hayan dejado de serlo durante el a\u00f1o deber\u00e1n indicar \u00fanicamente el saldo del d\u00eda en que dejaron de ser titulares o titulares autorizados.<\/p>\n<p>2. Acciones, bonos, valores, derechos financieros y ahorros en compa\u00f1\u00edas de seguros, depositados, administrados u obtenidos en el extranjero:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 A. Valores o derechos situados en el extranjero representativos de la participaci\u00f3n en cualquier tipo de entidad jur\u00eddica; valores situados en el extranjero representativos de la transferencia de capital a terceros o previstos para su gesti\u00f3n o administraci\u00f3n a cualquier instrumento jur\u00eddico, incluidos los fideicomisos, aunque carezcan de personalidad jur\u00eddica, capaces de actuar en el curso del comercio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 B. Acciones y participaciones en el capital social o en el fondo de capital de instituciones de inversi\u00f3n colectiva situadas en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0C. Seguros de vida (ahorros no de riesgo) o pensiones o rentas vitalicias, cuyas compa\u00f1\u00edas de seguros est\u00e9n ubicadas en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<p>3. Todos los tipos de bienes inmuebles y derechos sobre bienes inmuebles en el extranjero, incluyendo una propiedad, el uso o disfrute real y los derechos de propiedad exclusiva sobre bienes inmuebles, la multipropiedad, los turnos de tiempo compartido, la propiedad a tiempo parcial o f\u00f3rmulas similares sobre bienes inmuebles. En general, cualquier derecho real sobre bienes inmuebles.<\/p>\n<p>El Modelo 720 debe ser cumplimentado por primera vez si alguno de estos bloques excede la cantidad de 50.000 \u20ac y s\u00f3lo el bloque en el que se excede la cantidad, as\u00ed como los a\u00f1os consecutivos si hay un aumento de 20.000 \u20ac en los diferentes bloques.<\/p>\n<p>Los bienes no declarados o que no se pueda probar su propiedad a partir de los ingresos o activos declarados se considerar\u00e1n ingresos a gravar, y se aplicar\u00e1 una<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>penalizaci\u00f3n del 150% sobre el valor de los mismos. De este modo, se refuerza la cooperaci\u00f3n necesaria en el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n entre pa\u00edses para la liquidaci\u00f3n de impuestos.<\/p>\n<p>Entre otras cosas, se atribuye a la Agencia Tributaria la competencia para formular solicitudes de asistencia mutua a otros Estados u organizaciones internacionales. Esto proporciona seguridad jur\u00eddica para lograr una mayor agilidad en el proceso de asistencia mutua.<\/p>\n<p>Ya hace unos a\u00f1os la Agencia Tributaria comenz\u00f3 a proporcionar informaci\u00f3n fiscal de los ciudadanos de la UE a sus respectivos pa\u00edses a trav\u00e9s del Formulario 299 que es rellenado por las instituciones financieras espa\u00f1olas, y recogido y procesado por la Agencia Tributaria.<\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno pretende profundizar en los pr\u00f3ximos meses en este tipo de acuerdos de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n, tanto para mejorar la recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos, como para potenciar la lucha contra el fraude fiscal.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_4&#8243;
