Their responses help us identify our strengths, but more importantly, they allow us to pinpoint the areas where we need to improve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall, very positive results<\/strong><br \/>\nThe results are consistent with the 2020 survey, which we find noteworthy considering the significant increase in the number of clients over the past four years.<\/p>\n<p>Among the most positive aspects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>93% of clients are very satisfied or satisfied with the quality of our services<br \/>\n\u00b7 92% of clients are very satisfied or satisfied with the professionalism of the <a href=\"..\/\">US Tax Consultants<\/a> team<br \/>\n\u00b7 86% of clients are very satisfied or satisfied with our company\u2019s overall service<br \/>\n\u00b7 84% of clients would recommend our professional services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Areas for improvement<\/strong><br \/>\nJust as important\u2014or even more so\u2014are the areas where clients are calling for improvements in our services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>18% are not satisfied with the information provided during the preparation process<br \/>\n\u00b7 18% are not satisfied with the response time in resolving inquiries<br \/>\n\u00b7 18% are not satisfied with customer service<br \/>\n\u00b7 16% are not satisfied with the initial information provided before hiring our services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although the percentage of satisfied clients is significantly higher than those who are not, our goal is to increase our efforts to further reduce these issues and raise the percentage of satisfied clients even
