US Tax Consultants provides tax services in accordance with applicable professional standards issued by the United States Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including Treasury Department Circular 230 (31 C.F.R. Part 10).
Circular 230 governs practice before the IRS and establishes standards of conduct applicable to attorneys, Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Enrolled Agents, tax return preparers, and other authorized tax professionals.
