Founder members: John Kearins and Henry Frautschy
John G. Kearins
Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. He received his degree in accounting and his CPA Certificate from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University. He was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He specialized in U.S. taxation of American resident abroad for over 45 years. Jack lived in Italy and Spain.
Henry Frautschy
He was an American Accountant with a Master’s degree from the IE (Instituto de Empresa, Madrid.) with over 20 years’ experience helping Americans living abroad prepare their U.S. Tax Returns. He also prepared Spanish Tax Returns for our clients. He created and ran the former Syncordia for almost 20 years. Henry died in March 2011.
