The due date for the payment of your taxes for 2019 is April 15th. LAST NOTICE MARCH 20, 2020
The due date for filing your return has an automatic extension until June 15th, and for our clients we always ask for the extension until October 15th.

Form 1040 is the standard Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form that individual taxpayers use to file their annual income tax returns. The form contains sections that require taxpayers to disclose their taxable income for the year to determine whether additional taxes are owed or whether the filer will receive a tax refund.
U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders must file it annually; if your filing status is Single and at the end of 2019 you were under 65 years old, then you must file a return if your gross income was at least $12,200, if your filing status is Married Filing Separately (MFS) the threshold will be $5.
This year the IRS kept the Child Tax Credit on $2,000 per child younger than 17 only if s/he has a valid SSN, only $1,400 is refundable. For delinquent filers the amnesty is still available.
Please remember that we will be more efficient and faster with your tax returns if you upload all the documentation using our secure encrypted file transfer system of our web – https://ustaxconsultants.es/upload/ –  it is easy and you will be able to follow up the status of your return. We will need you to upload to our website your Spanish IRPF, if you are fiscal resident of Spain, and all the U.S. documents indicating the income for the U.S.: W-2 and 1099 from financial entities.
